do I keep the thinner brow look or grow them out?
Our take
In the world of brows, the struggle is real, especially when navigating personal changes like PCOS. Our friend here has expertly transitioned from thick brows—her signature look—to a thinner style, seeking to reclaim her femininity. However, the question looms: should she stick with the sleek, thinner brows or let the fuller ones make a comeback? With a sensitive skin situation that complicates things further, she’s reaching out for advice. Let’s dive into this eyebrow conundrum and explore the best options for her unique style!

| Helppp (title) I've always had thick brows growing up, l just embraced it and made it my personality for most of my life lol Cut to last year, I was finally diagnosed with PCOS and started to thin out my brows as a way of "claiming back" my femininity. I started to hate the way thick brows looked on me (last two pics are from a couple of years ago), and started to go thinner (first two pics). I feel like I have eyebrow blindness and I'm not sure if I should keep the thinner eyebrow look or grow them back out ... I do them at home and can't use wax because my skin is very sensitive, any advice is greatly appreciated! :) [link] [comments] |

- Help with brow shapingHello! I am hoping I could get an opinion or some advice on what type of brow shape would suit me. I have only recently been getting into styling myself, and figuring out makeup and brows, etc. I’m a neurodivergent female so I have never done waxing or sugaring or threading of any kind. I have been suggested brow lamination by family members. The only thing I’ve really done is use brow growth gel / beard dye to get really thick dark brows but I wonder if they make my face look too harsh? I’ve also bleached my eyebrows (many years ago) and can’t decide what suits my face! I have softer features and I am really debating whether to thin them out or keep them thicker. Any advice would be much appreciated! submitted by /u/WintryNymph [link] [comments]
- should i keep growing out my brows?? what brow shape would you shape them?4 weeks of eyebrow growth - trying to feel beautiful:/ i’m sure you guys remembered my post from a few weeks ago!! everyone was howling that i should grow out my brows and i was so ready to embrace my natural beauty- but i feel so ugly. i know i just have to get them shaped when they fully grow back but i feel as if my eyes look so small and they drag down my face. (plz do not comment on my piercings, this is just about my eyebrows 🫤) only shaving ive done is the hairs right about my lashes! i guess what im looking for is words of encouragement ;-; i wish i looked as beautiful as every girl who has thick brows submitted by /u/Free_Bridge_3862 [link] [comments]
- Eyebrow help & tips pleaseeI’ve been trying to fix my brows for over a year. When I was in middle school I had shaved off the center of my right eyebrow because it grew straight up. I finally realized that because of doing that my eyebrows weren’t even and the space was big in between my eyebrows so I grew it back in, but as you can see after growing them back in it’s a little thin hair wise in the center of it and there’s a weird space between the straight hair and the normal hair. Now I just can’t seem to get my eyebrows to look the same 🥲. I’m not really sure where I should grow them back in or where I should be trimming them. I just want them to look good+more symmetrical (I know that due to my bone structure that one brow will at least be slightly higher than the other potentially) Can anyone please recommend some help or tips on what I should try doing? Like growing parts back in, or plucking/trimming please? submitted by /u/cosmicmanda [link] [comments]
