Title - what do you guys do to smell good before adding products (perfume etc)? Im seeing stuff online about people managing to smell of spices and flowers naturally (thats what theyre heavily insinuating anyway lool), if thats not clickbait id like to get myself in that ballpark

I'm a guy, and 1 I sweat a LOT, 2 I for the life of me can't get my breath in check, 3 if i start sweating its basically game over, i need a shower and new tshirt

any tips/habit changes appreciated, below is what I do atm:

*diet* - mostly carbs and meat...
*clothes* - everything except trousers (2 days) go in the laundry after 1 day - viscose tshirts (i noticed one cotton tshirt i recently bought smelt perfectly fine after a 6h flight..... maybe theres something there?)
*bed* - I aim to change the sheets weekly, id be lying if i said that was the case irl

*teeth* - usually 2x/day, if im going out and can taste my breath an extra brushing is in order - brush is changed..... eventually - I also brush my tongue, unless I forget

*Shower* - regular bar of soap (i have a preference for russian household soap) all over, 1x/day, 2x on hot summer days

Thats all I can think of,
TYIA
