How to get this specific colour, what should i ask for?

Our take

Ready to transform your black hair into a muted red with brown undertones? First, it's essential to communicate clearly with your hairstylist. Since they often focus on blonde or fire red shades, you might consider bringing your own dye. Aim for a bleach level that lifts your current color to a light brown or dark blonde to achieve the desired shade. Look for a semi-permanent or deposit-only dye in a muted red tone. With the right approach and guidance, this color transition is absolutely achievable!

I have dyed my hair black for couple of years now, i want to dye it to very muted red almost brown. Heardressers where i live mostly do blonde or fire red hair so im scared they will f up and make my hair fire truck, so my plan is to ask to bleach to some level and bring my own dye. Now my question is what level of bleach would i need and witch dye would get the job done and is it even realistic to get to this colour with previous black box dye. The girl in the picture is the inspo.
