Is this a botched brow lamination?

Our take

Is this a botched brow lamination? After my first brow lamination and tint in years, I left the salon feeling glamorous, despite my brows appearing a bit too thick initially. However, just days later, they turned unruly, felt rough, and I noticed several hairs falling out. With only one previous experience under my belt, I’m unsure if this is standard or a sign of over-processing. I’ve reached out to the salon for guidance but am still waiting.

I had my brows laminated and tinted last Thursday for the first time in years. They looked good when leaving the salon, aside from looking too thick which I blamed on the tint. Days laters the are unruly and sticking out. The also feel rough and I’ve noticed several brow hairs falling out.

Since this is only my second time getting them laminated I can’t tell if this is normal or if they were over-processed. I reached out to the salon where I got them done and haven’t heard back. Am I overreacting or do they look not as they supposed to?
