Shaving tips???
Our take
Shaving can feel like a glamorous journey, but pesky bumps and irritation can turn it into a chaotic adventure! If you’re striving for that silky-smooth finish on your legs and armpits but keep encountering stubborn hairs and redness, you’re not alone. It's all about technique and aftercare. Patting dry and applying lotion are great starts, but let's explore whether your armpits need a little extra love post-shave.
Okay, I need tips on how to get smooth skin after shaving my legs and my armpits, because no matter what, I seem to be left behind with bumps, small hairs still left behind, and red blemishes… it’s so frustrating! I do pat my legs dry, and apply lotion, but I’m not sure if I should be putting anything on my armpits? I usually just apply my deodorant per usual, but let me know!!!!

- How to prevent bumps after shavingHi guys! I really need help :( (sorry if this is the wrong place!) EVERYTIMEEE I shave my arms or legs, I get really weird painless bumps on them. They are kinda like keratosis pilaris but as far as I know, those arent caused by shaving. Is there anything I can do to prevent these? All I do is moisturize before and after, and exfoliate. I use a Gilletes Mens razor as well. Any tips would be appreciated, thank you 🩷 submitted by /u/MadiSweats [link] [comments]

- I get ingrown hairs and red bumps whenever I shave, no matter what I do!I'm hate having body hair anywhere on my body. And since I'm a guy it always come in so thick and its annoying me. I mainly get bumps and such on my legs and butt primarily which causes me massive dysphoria. I've TRIED everything recommended to avoid bumpy skin after shaving but nothing works!! I exfoliate everytime I shave and shower, I use SA cleanser 2 times a day, I moisturize my skin after shaving with lotion, I use a new razor everytime I shave, I wear loose pants, I clean my bedsheets weekly, I wipe every surface I sit on daily with antibacterial sprays. And I STILL GET BUMPS, ACNE AND INGROWN HAIRS!! its getting to the point where I genuinely just want to chop my lower half off, I just want smooth and clear skin! Does anybody have any advice to help? Because Im going mad😭 submitted by /u/JB_07 [link] [comments]
- How To Improve Legs After Shaving / Strawberry LegsThis is what my legs look like but how do I fix it! (There’s a little bit of growth but that dots are always there). I want to make my legs smooth (or at least, smoother) but I have red dots all over my skin. It feels smooth, just doesn’t look it. So far I’ve found: - Acid exfoliation (Cerave SA Body Wash), should I use this? Or continue with physical exfoliation? - Urea moisturiser (at least 10%), I currently use a regular body moisturiser (thin, because anything too thick causes spots for me) - Glycolic Acid 7% (The Ordinary), I currently use this and it’s helped most actual bumps, but not the colouration Is any of this legit? And is there any of recommendations you guys have? Help! I just want to finally like my legs this summer I can’t wax, my hair grows REALLY fast, I shave twice a week and I still have a couple days where my hair has become easily visible, I’m not spending that much money on waxing, even if it is once a week 😂 submitted by /u/PoisonXpple [link] [comments]
