Subtle wedding look that’s more than my everyday?

Our take

Hello, everyone! I’m on the hunt for a subtle yet elevated bridal look for my small backyard wedding. My everyday routine is pretty minimal—just mascara, blush, and a hint of lip gloss—so I want to step it up without losing my clean aesthetic. I’m considering a single shade eyeshadow look with minimal eyeliner, possibly adding wispy false lashes. I’ve already done a makeup trial with my sister, who’s helping me stay budget-friendly. How can I achieve that perfect balance between simple and stunning for photos?

Subtle wedding look that’s more than my everyday?

Hello everybody! Wasn’t sure if this was more of a wedding subreddit post or not, but assumed since it’s more makeup focused it should go here. I’m wanting a bridal look that’s more than my everyday (just mascara, blush, and the occasional lipgloss). I’ve done a trial with my sister who will be doing my makeup to help stay within budget for our small/simple backyard wedding. Is there a way I can do a single shade eyeshadow look with VERY minimal eyeliner??? I’m not wearing false lashes here, but am toying with the idea of a very wispy false lash. Will it look too simple/subtle? How do I stay true to my more clean and simple look without under-doing it for pictures etc.? Additionally, I’m wearing a buildable tinted moisturizer here, some highlighter and blush, my favorite eyeshadow stick as a base with a bit of darker brown powder eyeshadow in the corners, tinted eyebrow gel (I’ll be getting my brows waxed and laminated before don’t worry lol), and a glossy tinted lip butter. My sister started doing eyeliner on one of my eyes but we both agreed we didn’t like it.
