I have the at home teeth whitening trays that I use overnight for 8 hours.

I dont have any issues with no coffee, wine, coloured foods ect however I really struggle not to smoke.

Im on day 2 and yesterday I had a few gigs. Will 3 cigarettes a day ruin my results?

I can follow everything else 100% in terms of drinks/foods. I just really struggle to stop smoking... also I've cut down from 7/8 to just 3 yesterday
