Has anyone had scarring like this on their heels and found something that actually helped?

My dermatologist told me nothing could really be done, and my podiatrist’s inserts have not helped. I also have a collapsing flat foot, and I get blisters and friction no matter what shoes I wear:(

I moisturize my heels daily and wear thickish socks, but the area has still gotten darker and more noticeable. I even tried tret for a little bit. It is also in a spot that is hard to cover, and I never feel comfortable showing my heels

I’m wondering if silicone sheets are worth trying, or if there is something else or a routine that would be better suited for me

Any advice or personal experience would really help🙏🙏
