Adventure company using my photo without permission

In February 2023, I climbed Kilimanjaro and took photos on my trip. I've come to find that one of my photos that I took, a sunrise of Kilimanjaro, was used without my permission, and no credit was given by a Travel company from the US.

I've sent them an email with an invoice for the licence fee to continue using the photograph on their website, which has been used to advertise Kilimanjaro trips they host. They obtained the photo from Google Maps, which I have added my photos to.

The company in question is going to remove the photo, but they're adamant they haven't broken copyright laws as they "legally" had a licence with Google for my photos.

Is this true?
