What clothing should I wear to make it look like I have a thinner and shorter neck. It's been one of my insecurities for the longest.

Is there a certain clothing style that would make my neck look thinner and shorter? Plus points if it makes my shoulders look more narrow too. It's been a huge insecurity of mine since I was a kid. My mom and brother would always poke fun at me saying I look like a giraffe. Doesn't help that I never see other girls with an upper body like mine.

I do feel that dark coloured turtle necks suit me- But honestly I'm not very good at fashion 😅. Any advice would be immensely appreciated. xx
