How can I elevate this outfit? + is pushup bra too much?

I’m super bad at fashion, but I really like this top. I think it looks good with the jeans (tell me if not) but it doesn’t look great. What kind of accessories can I ask to elevate my look?? Primarily based on the top, but still on the pants. Also, my breasts are pretty wide apart, so I added a push-up bra so I at least have something on my chest, but should I remove it or use it less, I put a picture with the same bra on, but a bit less pushed up.
