is this normal after a lash lift?

i got my lashes lifted for the first time today and i feel like this isn’t right. i contacted the lady who did it and she says this is normal and that my hair is just reacting different to the perm. they are literally touching my eyelid if i look straight.

i did contact another salon and they said these look way too over processed.
