Portugal Itinerary Recommendations

I (type B, female) will be experiencing my first solo trip for my 30th this summer. Attached is a photo of my drafted itinerary -- my main questions are:

Am I spending enough time in Porto based on my interests?

Are my possible day trips doable from each city considering I won't have a car?

Which day trips are a must do and which ones should I skip?

Are Airbnb's an okay idea for longer stays in Porto and Lisbon? (I would like to save a few bucks and not eat out for every meal, so having a kitchen would be cool)

Are there any areas I should avoid as a solo female traveler?

Finally -- any other recommendations of "must do's," places to eat/drink, nightlife are very appreciated! TYIA!
