Lost red suitcase on Flibco bus (Charleroi → Lille) – urgent help

Hi everyone,

I’m really stressed right now and I’m hoping someone can help.

I took a Flibco shuttle bus today (March 24) from Charleroi Airport (CRL) to Lille Europe around 15:30 (line CRL-LIL A7). Unfortunately, I forgot my red suitcase in the luggage compartment.

I already contacted Flibco by email, but I haven’t received a response yet.

I’m currently in Lille and planning to check with the next buses, but I’m really worried.

Has anyone experienced something similar with Flibco?

Do they usually keep lost luggage safe or return it to a depot?

Any advice or reassurance would really help right now.
