How to replicate Cure Hydration (stylized flat lay)

Hey all,

I've spent a few days now trying to replicate the fruit photography on cure hydration packs. I'd love any advice on replicating, I can't work it out. (It's gorgeous)

I've been using a naked strobe and some bounce cards. I also tried shooting at a slight angle ~70degrees instead of 90, but I can't match the light and feel of it.

Is the style heavily post processed?

I know there's definitely a skill issue on my side, but I'm hoping to understand if I'm missing a technique or approach to making macro fruit vibrant like that.

I'm not a pro, just a new enthusiast. my gear is 100mm Canon macro, and r10.
