Has anyone used “Fasttrack-Vietnam”?

hello, has anyone used this company? I reached out to them for assistance with a visa. (see my previous post)

I now feel like we’re being scammed.

I was told a few days. Then 7. Now an additional week and our flights leave next Sunday. They tell me they’ll update me and I never heard from them. I keep having to reach out. I saw a redditor in a similar situation comment that they’ve used them with success so I felt comfortable. But now I’m doubting.
