Don't know if I want to continue

So, for context, I recently lost my SSD that I had years of work on, went to get another one, and to make a copy from the HDD I had everything on. And as I'm moving from one room to another, I lost my balance, and the hdd went crashing into the floor. I heard a disk shatter, and my heart sank. Took it to a repair shop, and they confirmed the worst: it was unrecoverable. I had lost everything since 2016. And now I am at a point of, do I even want to go and continue anymore? It had every raw, PSD, jpg file I ever did, and a decent stock image/asset library. Is it even worth rebuilding it?
