Shampoo and wash for highly sensitive skin

Hi, I have extremely sensitive skin and my normal products have started bothering it a lot. Ive been using nizoral shampoo and lume body wash for years now but my skin isnt handling it anymore. I have eczema, ane the products ive been using have been causing full body rashes, bleeding and flakes, so I need a change. Im this close to just buying baby products haha.

My hair is very short and curly with curly type 2c or 3a I think? Prone to being oily. I need something on the cheap side thats minimal effort. Fragrance free or more masculine scents preferred
