What can I do to fade this scar on my hand?

This burn is from incense. I piece of ash fell on my hand. I have never had a scar in my hand, and ik this may sound dramatic, but it makes me feel ugly. Im constantly looking at it, and i want to hind this hand noe when i take videos or pictures. what can I do to significantly fade it or even get rid of it?
