Someone dumped this guy at my local park… just wondering what breed they could be?

I brought them back from the verge of death/hypothermia with a hair dryer and syringe-fed water… I figure probably a meat chicken. I have them set up with some food and water in a Guinea pig cage upstairs until the morning when rescues are open. I’ll find one to take them then.
