What is the best chicken saddle design?

I just made this one for my older girl, because she hasn’t molded in over a year or re grown the feathers on her back! Her and her sister came to me as adults and had come with bald patches on their backs and wings from a rooster where they used to live! Her sister regrew those feathers last fall but she’s still bald! Our rooster has reached maturity this spring and is really clumsy about breeding the hens! She is being targeted I think by everyone and now her balled spot is getting worse! So I did a quick search for how to make one of these saddles and whipped up the easiest one I could! But it doesn’t fit her that well and I’m wondering what the best design would be for long term use? And if anyone maybe has a pattern they would be willing to share that would be epic! Because I don’t know if she will ever regrow her feathers tbh
