Help with Balkan road trip
Hi all, I need some advice/recommendations about my Balkan road trip. It's going to be 9 cities in 11 days, so I'm a bit concerned it's going to be too much. Sadly I don't have more time available and, also, I don't think I will be able to return there anytime soon, so I want to make the most of it.
I will be travelling alone and I really enjoy driving, so that is not a problem. I already checked the Car Rental companies and Alamo allows crossing the border to all the countries I'm planning to visit. (It was really hard to find a company that allows driving to all these countries, so shout out to them.)
I also have to start and finish in the same city, otherwise the car rental costs will skyrocket. Dubrovnik is strategic because I can fly there directly and the flight times are great (start in the morning, finish in the evening).
I plan to drive early in the mornings, so I can spend the whole day in the same city.
This is my itinerary. Do you guys think it can still be enjoyable?
I'm thinking about ditching Sarajevo and staying one more day in Mostar. That would also save 5 hours of driving time.
