help with flock picking feathers

started with the runt of my flock getting her back feathers picked but now three out of five of my chickens have pretty severe bald spots on their backs. i’ve tried Durvet no pick’n spray but it hasn’t had any effect. i also use blu-kote if they draw any blood. please give me some suggestions on what else i can do, im at my wits end.
