My press on nails keep on falling off????

Two of my press ons fell off even though I did the prep and used glamnetics nail glue which Ive heard is one of the best.

My prep was:

Buff and file my natural nail and nail tip.

Size the tip correctly.

Use nail dehydrator and primer.

Apply the JELLO JELLO peel off base.

Apply the glamnetics glue to nail and nail tip.

Hold and cure.

Im so confused why two fell off when I checked all the prep work to make sure I had everything covered.

Any help would be amazing thank you.
