Does collagen really make a difference or am I buying wrong expensive powder?
I keep seeing collagen supplements everywhere and people talking about it for joint pain, hair quality, skin elasticity all that stuff. But I genuinely dnt know if its just marketing or there's something real there.
Im not getting any younger and I my body is aging faster than expected lately. Like I notice my skin isn't as firm, my hair feels different and my knees have been bothering me more than they should. Some of my friends are really into collagen but I cant tell if they actually feel better or if its placebo.
I tried looking it up online but theres so much conflicting info. Some sources say it takes months, other places say its pointless. Im also curious about the type of collagen that matters most and whether the brand really makes a difference.
Im willing to try it but dnt want to waste money on something that dsnt work. Also am open to hearing about other things you have had success with for joint support or skin health...
