Guy with bad dark circles finally asking for help

Too embarrassed to ask anyone irl so here I am lol. Never touched makeup before but these circles are getting out of hand.

I have a medium to deep skin tone so I'm worried most recs won't match me. Also scared of it looking cakey or creasing. I need this to look like nothing is there otherwise my mom will lowkey beat me.

Do I need a color corrector? Just concealer? A full routine? No clue where to start. Drugstore preferred but open to splurging if it's worth it.
