Object Hanging From Vent

Hi everyone. I walked out to the coop this morning to find my girl just standing around and she has something hanging outside of her vent.

I have never seen something like this on any of my chickens. I also wasn’t able to really find anything matching it online.

She seems uncomfortable and I currently have her separated from the rest of the flock. I am really hoping I can help her.
