Solo Trip: Slovenia or Faroe Islands?

Hi all! I am a 29F from the US. I am considering a solo trip in Mid October, since I will already be in Europe for a wedding. I have been to many of my bucket list destinations in Europe and am wanting to try somewhere new and off the beaten path a little. So, I am trying to narrow it down between Slovenia (Lake Bled) and the Faroe Islands.
I would say I am outside-y not outdoorsy as in I like a walk outside, maybe a hike or two, but nothing crazy.
