Skincare order chaos: hydrating toner vs exfoliants, explained

Skincare order chaos is real, and honestly? It's couture-level confusing. The Haruharu Wonder Black Rice Hyaluronic Toner is your hydration hero, but where it sits depends on your skin's mood. Exfoliating acids like glycolic and salicylic deserve first dibs to break down gunk, then your hydrating toner swoops in to soothe. Niacinamide? That's the confident middle layer. Think of it like getting dressed: acids are the foundation, toner is the silk slip, serum is the statement piece. No wrong answers, just glorious, educated chaos.
