Airdrying vs blow drying-wavy hair girlies

Our take

Hey, wavy hair girlies! Are you team air dry or blow dry? For those blessed with 2b/2c waves like me, air drying can feel like the go-to option for keeping our locks healthy. But I’ve been hearing that blow drying might actually be better for our hair. As I embark on my hair growth journey, I’m curious about how blow drying affects hair health. If you’ve tried both methods, do you have tips for blow drying to minimize damage while achieving fabulous waves? Let’s chat!

For those with curly/wavy hair, what have you found that works best for your hair? I’ve been reading a lot about how blow drying is supposedly ‘better’ for your hair. I air dry mine pretty much exclusively as I have naturally 2b/2c waves. I do want to get more into styling my hair via blowouts n what not, but I’m worried about causing damage as I’m also on a hair growth journey

For those with similar hair types and that blow drying their hair, have you guys found that your hair is ‘healthier’ than when you leave to air dry? What are tips you’d recommend for blowdrying to prevent damage
