Any tips or advice?
Our take
Feeling embarrassed about your appearance is something many can relate to, and it’s completely valid to seek support. Remember, beauty is more than skin deep, and this journey is about embracing your unique self. You're not alone in facing challenges like acne, scarring, and changes in your features. Focus on self-care and confidence-building practices that resonate with you. Whether it's skincare routines, makeup tips, or simply connecting with others who understand, there’s a community ready to uplift you.
I'm embarrassed to show my face and I keep crying. I saw an old photo of myself and I look terrible now. My nose looks bigger and my face looks rounder. My skin feels droopy and my eyes look small like my eyebrows are weighing them down. I am on the journey of losing weight but my skin and appearance look's terrible. Are there any tips recommendations anyone could help me with. I have acne, acne scaring and an oval face. I know this post is vague but if anyone is willing to help, I will post my face. I am open to any tip's makeup tips aren't preferred but I will take it since I like to stay natural.

- Making face skinnier!Hey guys! I remember a few years ago my face was pretty slim and it showed my jawline and cheekbones. Over the years as I’ve had hormonal changes as well as PCOS I’ve been more insecure about my face weight and would love to get back to my regular face shape. I’ve definitely lost bloating and weight in my face but I want it so that it’s back to how it was normally. I don’t know if that’s even possible, but if there are any tips or ways that helped you guys, please leave them in the comments below!! Thanks!! submitted by /u/Glittering_Plate8861 [link] [comments]
- Face changes due to stress and anxietyHi! In recent years, I’ve gone through a lot of difficult experiences in my life. I’ve dealt with a lot of chronic stress and anxiety, as well as fatigue/exhaustion and sadness. Last year, I went through a breakup that hurt me deeply, and since then I’ve felt unhappy and cried a lot for several months. My face has changed since that time, the area under my eyes looks more hollow, as if there’s less fat, and it seems like my face has sagged downward. I also look much older than before, as if I aged 10 years all at once. I’m 29 years old, and I don’t feel good like this. 😔 Despite all my efforts over the past few months to try to fix this (diet, supplements, marine collagen, skincare routine), I haven’t been able to get my old face back, and I don’t know what to do anymore. Has this happened to any of you? Do you have any solutions to suggest? Do you think my face will go back to how it was one day, or is it unlikely without surgery/aesthetic treatments? Thank you 🌸 submitted by /u/Mysterious_6860 [link] [comments]
