Lost weight face now aged

Our take

Hey everyone! I recently lost a couple of kilograms, and while I was thrilled with my appearance before, I now feel like my weight loss has aged me by a decade. At 38, I was enjoying the aging process, taking collagen and feeling great. However, I'm now grappling with some loose skin on my face and feeling pretty down about it. I've read that skin can bounce back due to age and genetics, but I’d love to hear from anyone who has experienced this.

Hey all,

So I've lost a little bit of weight, not loads but a couple of kg. 2/3 months ago, I was super happy with my face but this weight loss - I swear it's aged me 10 years. I've read all of the stuff on the net about it snapping back - age/ genetics etc.

I'm 38. I take collagen. I was ageing well to this point.

Does anyone have any experience of having a little loose skin on the face and it actually snapping back.

Thanks in advance to everyone. I'm pretty miserable about it. I've lost all my confidence.
