Lost weight face now aged
Our take
Hey everyone! I recently lost a couple of kilograms, and while I was thrilled with my appearance before, I now feel like my weight loss has aged me by a decade. At 38, I was enjoying the aging process, taking collagen and feeling great. However, I'm now grappling with some loose skin on my face and feeling pretty down about it. I've read that skin can bounce back due to age and genetics, but I’d love to hear from anyone who has experienced this.
Hey all,
So I've lost a little bit of weight, not loads but a couple of kg. 2/3 months ago, I was super happy with my face but this weight loss - I swear it's aged me 10 years. I've read all of the stuff on the net about it snapping back - age/ genetics etc.
I'm 38. I take collagen. I was ageing well to this point.
Does anyone have any experience of having a little loose skin on the face and it actually snapping back.
Thanks in advance to everyone. I'm pretty miserable about it. I've lost all my confidence.

- Face changes due to stress and anxietyHi! In recent years, I’ve gone through a lot of difficult experiences in my life. I’ve dealt with a lot of chronic stress and anxiety, as well as fatigue/exhaustion and sadness. Last year, I went through a breakup that hurt me deeply, and since then I’ve felt unhappy and cried a lot for several months. My face has changed since that time, the area under my eyes looks more hollow, as if there’s less fat, and it seems like my face has sagged downward. I also look much older than before, as if I aged 10 years all at once. I’m 29 years old, and I don’t feel good like this. 😔 Despite all my efforts over the past few months to try to fix this (diet, supplements, marine collagen, skincare routine), I haven’t been able to get my old face back, and I don’t know what to do anymore. Has this happened to any of you? Do you have any solutions to suggest? Do you think my face will go back to how it was one day, or is it unlikely without surgery/aesthetic treatments? Thank you 🌸 submitted by /u/Mysterious_6860 [link] [comments]
- Making face skinnier!Hey guys! I remember a few years ago my face was pretty slim and it showed my jawline and cheekbones. Over the years as I’ve had hormonal changes as well as PCOS I’ve been more insecure about my face weight and would love to get back to my regular face shape. I’ve definitely lost bloating and weight in my face but I want it so that it’s back to how it was normally. I don’t know if that’s even possible, but if there are any tips or ways that helped you guys, please leave them in the comments below!! Thanks!! submitted by /u/Glittering_Plate8861 [link] [comments]
